Full description: Hardware-software photoplethysmographic the complex (HPPC) "Dialas" is developed purposefully for optimization doses of a load of laser effect on an exposition parameter. The optimization of a procedure of laser therapy will be realized at the expense of monitoring a condition of adaptive systems of the patient for want of realizations of a procedure of laser therapy.
The method photoplethysmography, known with a beginning of the 20-th century, has acquired new diagnostic possibilities due to development d.m.s. А.V. Kartelishev, c.p.-m.s. R.D. Aitov, c.m.s. Е.L. Malinowski. New principles of an evaluation photoplethysmograms developed Е.L. Malinowski allow because of test researches to determine a current adaptive condition of an organism in a condition of its relative rest and reserve possibilities of adaptation necessary for an organism at the moment of effect of the factors of a laser radiation.
The method of an evaluation registered photoplethysmograms has received a title «TOARO», on an abbreviation of the initial letters of words: test determination of adaptive reserves of an organism. The methodological fundamentalses of a method also were incorporated in a programm complex of gears "Dialas".
