For the authors. Informations about the order of the publications.
The edition of the electronic scientific journal «The Russian journal of a photobiology and photomedicine» accepts for the publication of the manuscript of the articles on directions stated in subjects of issuing. The publication of the manuscripts in «Journal» is carried out free of charge.
The publications in the journal are set off for want of to guard of candidate and doctoral theses in the general list of scientific works.
The manuscripts offered the authors for accommodation in the journal should have an original character and to correspond it to subjects. The edition is interested in the manuscripts, before not issued. In case the separate materials of the article, or article were as a whole already published earlier, the author is obliged officially to notify on it edition.
The publication in the Bulletin provides mandatory reviewing. As the reviewer one expert have a scientific degree of the candidate or the doctor of sciences on a speciality of the given work can act as a minimum.
To the article written by the post-graduate student or the competitor to a scientific degree of the candidate of sciences, the review signed by the doctor of sciences is necessary. The reviews are directed under the computer mail in the scanned kind. The articles of the candidates and doctors of sciences are reviewed by the members editorial college of the journal.
Before publication of the article the members editorial college of the journal make a decision on it the correspondence to subjects of the journal. Editorial advice reserves the right to itself to reject the article or to return it on completion.
In the correspondence with the international laws on observance the copyright on electronic information resources, the materials, electronic journal or project can not be reproduced completely or partially in electronic or printed without preliminary written consent of the authors.
In this connection the transfer in edition among the accompanying documents of the scanned first page of the manuscript with a signatures of the author is necessary. A membership and volume of the copyrights on materials, published in the journal, are determined by the current legislation of Russian Federation. According to statuses quo the distribution on electronic webs of any articles of the journal or self-controls from them is supposed. For want of it the reference to the primary source is mandatory.
Issuing materials of the journal by the third faces or organizations on paper and rigid electronic carriers without the sanction of editorial advice is forbidden.
The manuscripts should not contain materials of the obviously identifying patients, behind an elimination of cases, when the patient, or it the official representative have given the written approval to the right of their use. In that case scanned copy of such document should directed to edition.
To the article it is necessary to apply the summary (in volume up to 1000 signs, including gaps), list of key words and information about the author including:
Surname, name, patronymic (completely)
Scientific degree and rank
The scientific chief (family name, name, patronymic, for the post-graduate students)

The manuscript can have any structure, however edition welcomes availability of the following sections: «introduction», «Methods», «Outcomes» and «Discussion».
The article can be represented in electronic variant, is typed in Microsoft Word 97, 2000 or XP; a format А4, through 1,5 intervals by the Times New Roman font by a size 14 items; fields: upper and lower on 2 sm, left - 3 sm, right - 1,5 sm. The paragraph - 1,25 sm, alignment on a breadth. The pages are not numbered.
The use of the font of a smaller size (12 items) for plots of the text have auxiliary (minor) significance is supposed. The font size of the tabular text is usual on 2 items less font size of the main text.
On centre before a title of the article it is necessary to indicate informations about the author (name, initials, place of work), further through 1 interval the title of the article by the semiboldface font by capital letters is resulted. Under a title of the article the establishment which has directed the article is underlined. The text of the article is anticipated by the brief summary (3-4 offers) and key words in Russian.
The English variant of the article for the English version of the journal published for a foreign reader’s audience also is grantiven. The transfer(translation) of the article is carried out the author independently or as agreed with edition. For want of realization of transfer(translation) independently it is not recommended to use the programm interpreters in avoidance(!in order to prevent) of loss of semantic significance of the manuscript.
In the text of the reference are designated by Arabic numeralses in square brackets. The list of the literature is formed in alphabetic order. For want of it drawing up it is recommended to be guided by GOST 7.1-2003.
